Our expertise is continually expanding, supported by our in-house Meter Installation Training Academy. In addition to our core services, we also provide CPD certified corporate training and are now welcoming external clients.
NGU actively encourage our engineers to pursue additional qualifications beyond domestic SMART meter installation, including three-phase electricity, medium pressure gas, rooftop solar, domestic battery systems, and secondary meter energy management systems.

All installations are supported by our dedicated on-site scheduling and technical support team, based in the North East, ensuring seamless project delivery.

As part of our Health & Safety and Environmental Policies, weekly meetings are held and attended by all management to discuss HSEQ issues. Regular site visits and audits take place to ensure all operatives are working safely.
